Must-try Recipes with Bagoong

Since Delish PH just launch its first product, Flavored Bagoong, it’s so timely to share with you some delicious recipes you can try cooking with bagoong. These must-try recipes are very popular and you’ll definitely want to try.

Here are some recipes with Bagoong:

Ingredients:

Squash
Pork
Ampalaya
Okra
String Beans
Eggplant
Coconut Milk
Onion
Garlic
Takway
Kangkong
Vinegar
Soy Sauce
Brown Sugar
Atsuete (optional)
Salt
Pepper

Processes:

PINAKBET WITH GATA

  1. Saute onion and garlic. Add in the pork. Cook until light brown.
  2. Add in the Flavored Bagoong by Delish PH. Mix.
  3. Pour in some water, cook for about 10 minutes. Pour in some water with atsuete (this is optional, just to add color to the dish). Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add in the squash. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes. Then add in the okra, ampalaya and string beans. Cover and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Add in the eggplants. Cover again for about 3 minutes. Then finally pour in the coconut milk. Cook for another 5 minutes.

KANGKONG ADOBO

  1. Saute onion and garlic in a pan. Add in the Flavored Bagoong by Delish PH. Mix.
  2. Then add in the kangkong. Mix. Pour some water, cover and cook until soft.
  3. Pour in the vinegar, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cover and cook for another 10 minutes.

ADOBONG TAKWAY

  1. Saute onion and garlic in a pan. Add in the Flavored Bagoong by Delish PH. Mix.
  2. Add in the takway and mix. Pour some water, cover and cook until the takway softens.
  3. Pour in the vinegar and soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper and brown sugar. Cook for another 10 minutes.
