Paksiw na tuyo? Yes, that’s right. We can make a delicious paksiw using tuyo. In Iloilo we call it tabagak nga uga. Since tuyo is readily available locally, I decided to try a different menu out of it. Not just the usual fried or grilled. You should give this a try. Even added okra to balance it out and to make it even more delicious.
