How to Make Fresh Fruits Salad

Here’s a fresh and healthy version of fruit salad that you can prepare this holiday season. Instead of using our usual canned, preserved fruits, we will use our fresh favorite fruits. We are also going to use Alaska Classic Condensed and Evaporated Milk as well as Alaska Crema all-purpose cream.

Here’s How to Make Fresh Fruits Salad:


Dragon Fruit
Ripe Papaya
Alaska Classic Sweetened Condensed Filled Milk
Alaska Classic Evaporated Filled Milk
Alaska Crema – All-purpose Cream
1 cup Mayonnaise


  1. Peel and slice the fruits. Tip: spray some lemon extract to apple and pear after slicing to avoid discoloration. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine in the Alaska Condensed, Evaporated, All-purpose cream and mayonnaise. Mix well.
  3. Add in the fruits. Mix and refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving

You can also add all the other fruits that you like to this recipe. It’s really all up to you. The best thing about this salad is I used dragon fruit, so it added this pink beautiful color to the salad.
