Homemade Chicken Tocino

Why would you buy frozen chicken tocino if you can make one at home? Homemade Chicken Tocino is much healthier and you can be sure that what you are eating is clean and safe. Preparing chicken tocino is not that hard as you think it is. With just a few spices and ingredients, you’ll have you own delicious Homemade Chicken Tocino.

Here’s how to prepare Homemade Chicken Tocino:


2 pieces chicken breast fillet (cut into serving sizes)
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup banana ketchup
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. paprika powder
1/2 tsp meat tenderizer
1 cup soda (sprite or 7up)


1. In a large bowl, combine in the chicken, garlic powder, paprika powder, ketchup, brown sugar, meat tenderizer, salt, salt, pepper and soda.

2. Mix them well.

3. Using a zip lock bag, refrigerate chicken tocino for about 24 hours before cooking.

4. To cook, put chicken tocino in pan, add a small amount of water.

5. Let boil and simmer until it caramelized.

Ready and Serve!
