Egg Omelette Roll with Cheese

Omelette Roll

This is one delicious and healthy egg recipe you can cook at home. Since we added carrots and other spices on it, you can be sure that it’s one great recipe. Omelette roll is not far from the usual egg omelette that you prepare, we only roll it into a log and cut them into serving sizes to make it more appetizing.

Here’s how to cook Egg Omelette Roll with Cheese:


6 Eggs
1 medium size Carrot (shredded)
1/2 White Onion (finely chopped)
2 pcs Tomatoes (seeds removed, chopped)
1/4 cup Green Onions
1/4 cup Cheese


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Eggs, carrots, onions, tomatoes, green onions, cheese and season with salt and pepper. Whisk until properly mixed.
  2. Brush some butter in the pan. Pour in some egg mixture. Once it’s half done, loosen one edge of the omelet and roll to the middle. Then move the egg roll to one edge of the pan. Brush some more butter if needed.
  3. Pour in some more egg mixture enough to cover the other side of the pan. Once half done, roll the omelette again to the middle. Do the same process until you’re done with all the egg mixture.
  4. Let the omelette cool down before cutting. Egg is quite softer when hot.

Serve with some ketchup!
