Here’s a delicious and easy Chicken Cordon recipe with white and creamy sauce that you can try making. Perfect for any special occasion at home.

Here’s How to Cook Chicken Cordon Bleu with Sauce:


2 pcs. Chicken Breast Fillet
4 pcs. Ham
4 pcs. Cheese Slices/Sheet
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Paprika Powder
2 Eggs
Cooking Oil


25g Butter
1 tbsp. All-purpose Flour
200ml Evaporated Milk
2 tsp. Chicken Powder
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tbsp. Parsley
1/4 cup Quickmelt Cheese


  1. Prepare the chicken breast fillet. You can use a tenderizer or a rolling pin to flatten it out.
  2. Place the chicken on top of a cling wrap on a flat board. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Lay a slice of ham and cheese on top. It’s up to you if you want to add more than one slice of cheese or ham.
  4. Then tightly roll them, closing both ends. Then put them in the freezer for 30-40 minutes.
  5. In three separate bowls, prepare eggs and bread crumbs. Season them with salt and pepper too. Slightly beat the egg.
  6. Dip each roll or cordon into the egg and coat with breadcrumbs.
  7. Deep fry until golden brown using Masflex Perfect Deep Fryer.
  8. For the sauce. Melt the butter in a pan, add the all-purpose flour and pour in the evaporated milk. Mix until it simmers.
  9. Season with chicken powder and garlic powder.
  10. Then add the quickmelt cheese, and parsley and season with salt and pepper.
