Note from Delish:

This might be one of the cheapest pasta recipe that you can cook at home. Not much ingredients to buy. The conventional Spanish sardines pasta doesn’t use tomato sauce but I used it on this recipe to add more flavor and to make it even healthier.

Using tomato sauce, which is rich in Lycopene which is known to improve eyesight, lowers cholesterol and it’s definitely good for the heart. Adding up the Spanish sardines is also rich in omega-3 fatty acids, adding up to the nutrients for the body.

You might want to try this at home and your kids and your family will definitely love it!
